Holly greatly appreciates your support and will do her best to make sure your experience in owning one of her pieces is a pleasurable one!

When you purchase from Holly J Carter, you are purchasing a handmade, one of a kind, or limited production item from an individual small artist. Holly will represent every item the very best she can in the provided photos and descriptions. If you are at all unsure about your desires, please be sure to contact Holly with any questions that you may have to better help you make your decisions.

 

Dimensions & Sizes are provided for all products. Please measure to be sure that it will fit!

Bear in mind that due to the nature of handmade art and jewelry not all duplicate pieces will be exactly alike.

Hue may differ on your monitor from actual color, especially in enameling, although Holly will always do her best!

 

Shipping

Shipping Cost is included in Prices for most Small pieces. Additional shipping prices may vary depending on size of product.

If the purchase is for a gift please let Holly know and a special note may be added.

In stock orders will ship within 3-7 business days, if you would like an order rushed please make contact for availability and price.

You will receive a confirmation of the ship date in a separate email, if you have not received your order within 10 days of that date please contact immediately.

Every item is packaged with care.

Customer assumes responsibility for all shipping damage claims, although assistance can be provided.

Please note any noticeable shipping damages on packages with the carrier when you receive the item.

Insurance will be provided on all orders.

 

Shipping rates included are within the United States only, via the US Postal service first class, estimated time of arrival is 4-10 business days after date of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation will be requested for each shipment.

If you prefer another form of shipping please make contact, additional fees may apply.

*If you wish to have an item shipped outside of the United States Holly will research the shipping fee and laws, and charge accordingly, please contact with your information.

Exchange Policy

No Refunds will be given. Please see the following Exchange Policies.

Any exceptions to these stated policies will be at the artist’s discretion.

 

Please be mindful that there is a time and financial investment in shipping out every bit of merchandise. It is difficult for small businesses to accept exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, so please be sure you have chosen the best piece for you. Please request more information if needed.

Regular priced merchandise, minus shipping fees, may be returned for Exchange only within 10 days of purchase date, upon approval.

There is No Refund/Exchange of Shipping Fees.

Approval required before returning or will not be accepted.

 

Clearance items are sold as is, no returns, exchanges, or refunds for Clearance items will be accepted.

Any exceptions will be at the artist’s discretion.

 

Custom orders must be 100% paid for in advance of shipping. No refunds or exchanges permitted after shipping.

Additional Terms of Custom Orders will be agreed upon on an individual basis, a non-refundable deposit will be required.

 

Any concerns deemed to be defects in product or craftsmanship must be reported with documentation/photos within 10 days from purchase date, approval required before returning or will not be accepted.

At the artist’s discretion, repairs will be made to items and returned to the customer or will be exchanged for an equal or similar item, as many items are one of a kind.

 

*All return items for exchange must be re-packaged in the exact manner or better than when received, in order to avoid any further damage.

*Insurance will be provided on all orders and must be included, at customers cost, in return shipping for exchanges.
